Ailbhe O’Hagan

Ailbhe recently joined Gartlan Furey LLP.

Ailbhe works in the Lending and Corporate Teams. She works on an array of lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers. This includes all aspects of a lending transaction from drafting and negotiation of the loan and security documentation to carrying out full investigations of title and lease reviews of both residential and commercial properties.

On the Corporate Team Ailbhe assists David Sheehan in acting for clients’ businesses.  She advises these clients on matters such as company formations, share acquisitions and disposals and establishing General Partnerships (including Family Partnerships) and Limited Partnerships.
